Delivery & Returns Info

We offer Free Delivery to all orders over £50,

Mainland UK orders are fully tracked and cost £3.95

Due to recent postal increases all deliveries to Ireland are now £20.00, this is only to cover p&p and hopefully those costs will come down again. This also only covers parcels up to 2KG, above that we would be in touch to advise on delivery costs.

We use a variety of delivery options, our smaller parcels are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48, larger parcels using various couriers depending on delivery area.

All Orders Will be tracked until they reach your home

Delivery times may vary, however we do aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days from the date your order was placed, if we can we will get it out sooner. 

During busy periods however this may take a little longer.

Returns & Exchanges

We really hope you’re happy with your order but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If all or part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email as soon as you can and please supply us with photos of the damage. Please email silverrosehome@hotmail.com along with your order number. This must be done within 2 working days of you receiving your order.

If you would simply like to return your order for a refund, please notify us in writing by emailing us, you must do this within 2 working days of receiving your order. 

Please note, it is your responsibility to return the item to us, we do not provide free returns, unless the item is damaged or faulty. Please ensure you send it back to us in the original packaging (If possible) using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible if the return gets lost or damaged.

All returns must be sent back to us in the same way that you received them, in their original packaging to prevent any damages in transit. The item must be unused and undamaged so that it can be sold again.

Returns should be made within 2 days or emailing us to request a return order.

We do not cover the cost of postage in your refund so you will only be refunded for the item you have returned and not the postage cost, if you were eligible for free delivery but the cost of the returned items drops your original order below the free delivery threshold the original Post & Packing cost will be deducted from your total refund.
